Founder and CEO, Rachel Chapman

Rachel combines her expertise in data intelligence, crisis communications, and trauma-informed approaches to deliver actionable insights for organizations across diverse industries. She sees every client relationship as a true partnership, built on collaboration and a shared commitment to achieving their goals. 

A graduate of Acadia University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Rachel also earned an Advanced Diploma from the Nova Scotia Community College as part of the Emergency Management's inaugural graduating class. She excelled in entrepreneurship and crisis communications, gaining early experience as a crisis coordinator at NATIONAL Public Relations, where she developed and led social and traditional media intelligence programs for clients navigating high-stakes environments.

Rachel’s career highlights include delivering real-time, tailored media intelligence to major industries during the COVID-19 pandemic, and playing a pivotal role on the communications team for the Mass Casualty Commission. As a communications advisor supporting the public inquiry, she applied trauma-informed principles while managing social and media intelligence.

With a passion for leadership and helping organizations thrive, Rachel’s work bridges data-driven insights with strategic decision-making, making her a trusted partner for leaders navigating complexity and change.
